This HZS35 station is a hopper-lifting equipment with automatic batching, automatic loading and automatic mixing. It uses a 750 twin-shaft forced concrete mixer, which can discharge 0.75 cubic meters each time. The batching machine is a PLD1200 three-bin batching machine. Cement is stored in a cement silo, transported by a screw conveyor, and measured by a cement scale. It is operated by a fully automatic centralized control system, with a theoretical output of 35 cubic meters per hour.
