The productivity of HZS120 concrete mixing plant is 120m³/hour. The whole set of equipment adopts JS2000 twin-shaft forced mixer, PLD3200 batching silo, belt conveyor, cement silo, screw conveyor, weighing system, control system, etc.
The batching machine consists of a feeding system, a weighing system and an electrical control system. The PLD3200 batching bin can weigh 4 kinds of aggregates at the same time, with short measuring time and high efficiency; small individual weighing error and high precision; stable transportation to ensure normal feeding.
The characteristics of belt conveyor: large conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, etc. It is mainly composed of frame, belt roller, tensioning device, transmission device, etc. The specific length can be changed according to customer needs.
