Maintenance of the mixing machine
1. Check every shift whether the sealing chamber, distributor inlet and outlet and sealing pipeline are unobstructed, and whether each lubrication point and reducer body have enough lubricating oil (grease); 2. Observe whether the grease in the oil storage cylinder of the electric lubrication pump is used up in every shift, and replenish it in time when it is almost used up; 3. The accumulated materials inside and outside the mixing drum and the discharge door must be completely cleaned up at the handover of each shift, and rinsed with water. The bonding materials that are not rinsed clean must be chiseled off regularly; 4. Check the mixing blades regularly every week, adjust and tighten them once to prevent the blades from falling off and causing accidents.
Material weighing and proportioning equipment maintenance
1. Each shift must check and adjust the soft interfaces of the metering bucket to ensure that there is no looseness in the length and to ensure metering accuracy; 2. After winter shutdown, the water supply system and the water supplied by the admixture must be completely drained to prevent the water from freezing and cracking the equipment; 3. If the admixture pump is seasonally shut down, it must be flushed regularly to prevent the additives in the pipeline and pump from precipitating and sticking, causing blockage.
Material handling equipment maintenance
1. Before each shift, the belt conveyor and screw conveyor must be checked for no-load conditions, debris, mud, etc. must be cleaned, and all parts must be tightened; 2. The sweeper must be checked and adjusted regularly to keep the scraper close to the belt to ensure normal material cleaning; 3. After six months of use, check and replenish the lubricating grease at the bearings of all rotating parts, and regularly disassemble and change the oil.
Material storage equipment maintenance
1. The vibrator in the dust removal device on the top of the cement silo must be vibrated several times every week to remove the dust on the dust bag (filter rod) to ensure smooth air flow; 2. The inner wall of the feed inlet conveying pipe and the outlet of the screw conveyor must be fully cleaned once a week to prevent hard lumps and debris from blocking and insufficient discharge; 3. The cement in the screw conveyor needs to be emptied if it is not used for a long time.
Control system maintenance
The control system of the mixing station is like the human brain. It is one of the most important equipment in the mixing station. We need to check the control system every day and deal with problems in time. In addition, the control system should be checked monthly to test whether the relevant electrical appliances are normal.
