The main purpose of this visit was to conduct a field investigation of the HZS25 concrete mixing station project equipment that had been negotiated on the Internet before. After the customer arrived at the factory, accompanied by the department leader, he carefully checked the large and small parts including the forced mixer, concrete batching machine, reducer, mixer wear parts, mixing blades and motors. 1. Preparation before starting
1. Check whether the connections of all parts of the stabilized soil mixing station mixer are firm and reliable, whether the lubricating oil of each part is filled to the specified value, check whether there is leakage at both ends of the main shaft, check whether the storage bin door is opened and closed, whether the gap between the mixing blade and the lining is within the specified range, whether the transport belt is damaged, and whether the mixer can rotate normally;
2. Check whether the electrical control system is safe and reliable, whether there is leakage, short circuit, and whether the insurance device is normal;
3. Check whether the air compressor is running normally without abnormal sound and leakage, and ensure that the pressure is kept within the specified range;
4. Ensure that each weighing device measures accurately and the error is within the standard range;
5. The equipment can be started only after confirming that there are no safety hazards in the silo and belt transportation.

2. Precautions during work
1. After starting the mixing system of the stabilized soil mixing station, it should be run empty first, carefully check the operation of the machine, and check whether the direction of the mixing shaft is correct. After confirming that the mixing system is correct, production can be carried out;
