JS Series Mixing Machine
Smart horizontal twin-shaft compulsory mixer has the features of quick and uniform mixing and high efficiency. Both of the scaleboard and blades are made of hard-wearing high-chromium iron, having long working life. Multi-layer shaft-end sealing technology largely improves mixer’s using life. Aggregate Batching Machine

Belt Conveyor
The length and width of the belt is 800mm*12mm. The belt is made of four-layer nylon, which is durable. The purpose of conveying materials is to convey dry particles from top to bottom through air, which is energy-saving, noise-free, maintenance-free, and accurate in measurement.
Cement Silo
It is suitable for bulk cement storage silo in engineering construction, commercial concrete mixing plant, road and bridge water conservancy projects, urban construction and other projects. Waterproof, moisture-proof, prevent cement loss, small footprint, long service life and low cost.
Weighing System
Weighing system includes aggregate weighing system, water weighing system, cement weighing system, additive weighing system (optional). Water weighing, cement weighing, additive weighing, and other weighing systems can also be installed according to customer requirements.
It adopts three-point weighing method, which has the characteristics of accurate weight, automatic compensation, fast speed and convenient operation. The weighing error is controlled within ±1%. The controls system adopts Siemens hardware and Windows operation platform, can realize manual operation, semi-automatic operation and fully-automatic operation.
