1.Host chassis: The cantilever-shaped mixing host chassis contains the traction pin and parking legs of the trailer truck; the mixer, cement and water admixture measuring scales are placed on the chassis; inspection platforms, railings, etc. are attached around the chassis.
2.Control room: The control room is at the bottom of the host chassis and is equipped with a mixing station control system. The control system is the same as the fixed mixing station. The control room serves as the front support point of the entire station during working conditions. The control room is folded and stored in the bracket during transportation. In the air; its control circuit does not need to be disassembled.
3.Aggregate batching measurement: This system is located at the back end of the entire station. The upper part is the aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2, 3 or 4 compartments, and is equipped with a heightening plate to increase the storage capacity. The doors are opened sequentially by pneumatic operation, and the aggregate measurement is a cumulative measurement method of multiple materials. The bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs for work.
4.Belt conveyor frame: This frame is a truss structural member that connects the main machine chassis and the aggregate batching frame, with a built-in belt frame; the main frame, belt frame, and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing station.
5.Peripheral components: For the cement silo and screw conveyor, the peripheral components are integral components during work or transportation. They do not need to be disassembled and can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
6.Mixing host: Generally, JS type forced mixer is used, which can quickly and evenly mix fluid and dry concrete.
