JS series concrete mixer The twin-shaft forced concrete mixer produced by our company is a new type of mixer independently researched and developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology. It can mix dry hard, semi-dry hard, plastic and various proportions of concrete well to meet the requirements of different working conditions. According to the concrete output of single cycle, it can be divided into JS1000, JS1500, JS2000, JS2500, JS3000, JS3500JS4000, JS4500 and other models. It can be configured to form a 50-240M3/h concrete mixing plant or a multi-host mixing plant, which is suitable for mixing various roads, bridges, dams, airports and urban commercial concrete.

When the main mixer is working, the mixing shaft rotates in the opposite direction. Under the action of the mixing arm and the blades, the material moves in a circular motion. At the same time, under the shearing effect of the mixing arm, the material is fully mixed in a shorter time. Its mixing time is generally about 40 seconds. Compared with the self-falling mixer of the same capacity, its mixing time is only 1/2 of that of the self-falling mixer.

The arc liner is made of high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron, and the end liner is made of high-quality high-manganese wear-resistant steel plate. The high wear and impact resistance of the liner is a good guarantee for enhancing the service life of the main engine.

The mixing arm and the mixing blades are connected by bolts, which is convenient and quick to repair and replace. In order to adapt to different working conditions and aggregate particle size requirements, the mixing arm can be arranged at 45o, 60o, 90o, 120o, and 180o on the shaft. The blades are high-strength impact-resistant and wear-resistant cast iron.

The mixing drum is made of high-quality steel plates welded together in a double-drum partially overlapping shape, supported by a specially structured tubular frame, which has sufficient rigidity to ensure the normal operation of the main engine; its interior is inlaid with high-chromium alloy cast iron wear-resistant lining, and the minimum service life of the lining is more than 40,000 tank times.

The imported spiral bevel gear planetary reducer is used to drive the stirring main shaft, and the high-speed end synchronization is adopted to make the two shafts run synchronously in opposite directions to achieve a forced stirring effect. It has a compact structure, stable transmission and low noise.

The unloading gate adopts hydraulic drive type, with balanced movement, accurate door opening positioning, manual door opening and closing, and selection of favorable position and shape. Therefore, the unloading time is very short, usually around 4-6 seconds. The supporting bearing seats at both ends can be adjusted up and down, and the gap can be adjusted after the contact surface is worn to ensure the sealing of the unloading door.

The entire lubrication system adopts the most advanced German VOGEL automatic lubrication filling system to ensure that lubricating oil is evenly and effectively supplied to the sealing ring of the stirring shaft. A complete control system will adjust the oil filling amount according to the actual oil usage.

The mixer cover is equipped with an inspection port for general maintenance and inspection. The inspection port is equipped with a safety limit switch, which automatically cuts off the power supply to the main engine when the inspection port is opened to avoid danger when inspecting the main engine.
