When a forced concrete mixer fails, a collision sound is found during mixing. Diagnosis shows that it may be caused by the mixing shovel or scraper being loose or warped, causing collision with the mixing drum. The problem can be solved by tightening the connecting bolts of the mixing shovel or scraper, inspecting, and adjusting the gap between the mixing shovel, scraper, and drum wall. The following are the diagnosis and solutions for various forced concrete mixer failures.
Users who have used forced mixers may know about it and know that the original arc part of the mixing drum of the forced mixer is welded, and eight types of lining plates are set in the mixing drum, which are connected and fastened with military countersunk screws. The mixing drum of the forced mixer has two horizontally arranged mixing shafts, each of which is equipped with mixing blades. Side blades are installed on the mixing arms near the two ends of the mixing drum to scrape off the concrete on the end surface.
1. The leakage of concrete mixer shaft end is caused by the damage of mixer floating seal during long-term operation.
2. The shaft end of concrete mixer is the part where force is concentrated. During the operation of concrete mixer, the shaft end is subjected to the greatest force, so the wear of parts is correspondingly large.
3. Timely maintain the shaft end parts of concrete mixer and replace the seals in time. It can extend the service life of concrete mixer. If the shaft end of concrete mixer leaks, a new floating seal must be replaced in time.
Energy is the lifeblood of the national economy and the material basis for human survival and development. From chopping wood for firewood a hundred years ago, to the total energy production of only 20 million tons of standard coal at the beginning of the founding of the People's Republic of China, to the current world's largest energy production and consumption country and the country with the fastest energy efficiency improvement... Under China's leadership, my country's energy industry has achieved a historical leap from extreme shortage to great abundance, and has provided a continuous source of power for economic growth by gradually building a diversified and clean energy supply system.
